1st time on the oregon beach

These are video's taken on Charly's first ocean experience. Her eyes were beautiful on the beach,her and grandma went out in the cold ocean water I tried to run out of it but the blasted Arctic water got me. We have some photos so that I am putting on the blog in-case there are people out there (like Mac Users) so you can at least look at the pictures. The cutes one is when we put Charly in the sand she wasn't sure what to make of so she kept trying to jump up and spread her legs very far apart trying not to touch the sand it was so funny and cute.

She was so fascinated by this box and she kept kicking at it, so i put her in it and this was her babysitter for 30 mins or so.

6 month visit

The morning after her Doctor visit.

I gave her a piece of licorice and she loved it. then of course made a huge mess. Then i wanted to take her pictures with the blanket that grandma Howell made for her. The Doctor visit went ummmm. as good as a poke in the eye with a sharp stick can be. Her height was 26 3/4 inches and weight was 14.75 and her head was 33 centimeters. Then they gave her the 6 month shots, that was like her first ones all over again. Dr D came into the room and Charly started screaming he said its stranger anxiety, usually not seen until around the 1st birthday but i guess she gets it early. So she was already screaming from Dr. and now they have to poke her in the leg. I was so horrible that it was all i could do to not pick her up and comfort her. After the nurse with the pokies left i just grabbed her up didn't put her clothes back on and put her in teh car seat. That night was a mess she had a temperature of 103 numerous times through the night. and the good thing is I get to do it all over again in 2 months.
